Charge 2 black screen, despite attempts to restart it

The screen on my Charge 2 has gone completely black, yet the device otherwise functions normally, and is both charging and tracking my data (heart rate, sleep etc.) I've tried restarting it multiple times, but it hasn't helped

Mine has done exactly the same last night. 

I put in charge held the button in think that rebooted it but still nothing in the screen.

 

I hope someone can offer advice jn how to cure this problem
