Charge 2 blank screen and no flashing green lights

For about the last week my Charge 2 is needing more frequent battery recharges. I noticed tonight that it was getting low again so put it on to recharge and now have nothing - the screen is blank and there are no flashing lights. I have tried to restart it numerous times but nothing happens. It says it is charging and then charged but once you take it off the charger there is nothing.  Any suggestions gratefully received

Hi Jacques16,
I contacted the support desk and they where able to help - the fitbit is
dead but they gave me a couple of replacement options - good luck.
