Charge 2 blank screen, green lights flash, but does not vibrate

Hi my Charge 2 was working fine and then screen went blank. I thought it needed a charge but when I plug it in no battery light comes on...it does not vibrate.  Left it charging for awhile & green lights on back flash but still no screen activity. It won’t sync and I have tried to restart it a number of times without success.

@Lisap518 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 screen isn't working and thank you for sharing what you did to troubleshoot this. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
