I have a charge 2, which still flashing green light but screen black out. I have tried all the necessary restart steps.
Also have contacted the support team. And was told to go the forum to resolve the issue.
Ive always been a fan of fitbit and does not want to make this an issues.
Please someone from the Fitbit team contact me.

That has quite literally just happened to mine last night. Just need to know if it’s something I can fix or if it needs replacing 💞💞💞

Well I’ve spoken to the customer support, it’s definitely not fixable and so they will give you 2 option. Replace the Fitbit or 50% off the next product. But there a catch. And that what I would like discuss. Hopefully someone will reach out to us.

I just wanted to check if it was a common problem that I could resolve or if if was completely dead.
mine quite literally just went off onto a black screen - no warning.
it won’t vibrate when plugged in, the app can’t locate it when I try to sync it and the screen is black with no display, however, it’s got two flashing green lights at the back that appear to be working and it shows with a good 80% battery charge 🤷:female_sign:🤷:female_sign:🤷:female_sign:🤷:female_sign:
I rely on it heavily to monitor my heart rate as it’s problematic at the moment - im currently off work unwell awaiting treatments and surgeries so I really wish I’d had some warning it was going to give up so I could have borrowed one from my niece short- term so that I wasn’t left without.
other than this, I’ve had zero problems and loved having it 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Well like I mention. They will definitely give you the 2 options.
Which is to either replace it or 50% off the next product. But do be careful with the 2nd option.
I love having my fitbit like yourself. Even when my band is broken, I went out and bought a couple more because I understand it’s wear and tear.
So I actually went with option 2 which is to considering buying a charge 3 with 50% off.
But what happen after I strongly disagreed. So hopefully someone from the Fitbit team can contact us to make this right.
