I’ve noticed in the last week charge 2 is calculating my calories burned very low. I’ve been using Fitbit for 5 years and I’m active and regularly use the calorie function. It seems to be calculating calories at a rate of 30-40% less than normal. I’ve have reset it a number of times but no change, any ideas ?
thanks

Check your weight. If it somehow got set too low, that would lower your calories burned.

I am seeing a more dramatic difference. It shows maybe 400 calories burned in a workout but only 40 in the app. I think I have to sync it more because it happened when I was out of town & not near my computer, where I use the app. I have a Charge to as well. It could be your weight, but you should probably have noticed a gradual change if so, right?

As for weight change being gradual, what I was referring to is some people have seen an accidental huge change in weight, whether something getting changed in an update, or maybe manually entering weight and getting decimal point wrong place.
As for not being near computer to sync, detailed data is stored on your wrist for about a week, so if you can sync within that, it should eventually all come out right. For a longer period, I forget details but think it keeps daily totals correct at least but loses some workout detail.
