Charge 2 call notifications shows same number for all calls

No matter what number is calling me it shows up a number that's not the one calling me.  It keeps showing up one specific number and it's not my cell phone number either.  What should I do? It doesn't do this on the text messages, they show up the correct name of who is texting me.

Well I changed my message program to the Android ( yellow) and that didn't
work for me. Still get the same number on the Fitbit each time it rings. I
wish I could go back to the old Fitbit app everything worked before they
updated it.

I get the same problem on my Alta HR. My fitbit shows the name of the previous caller, not the current one. Pretty irritating. It seems like every time there's an upgrade (either Android or Fitbit) something breaks 😞

Mine started to do that as well, showing the previous person's name that was calling. However my screen has now gone blank and I have been forced to order a brand new Fitbit . I have decided to get the Versa Lite so let's hope I dont have these problems or I will be calling them about it. I am excited and looking forward to a.new Fitbit.

Hi AlvaroFitbit. I have tested this functionality via small app I've wrote in nativescript  and hooking It to caller ID and sending it via Fitbit messaging api and it works like a charm. So if Devs test this would be fixed for everyone and all user will be happy again.
