Just this evening my fitbit started miscalculating calories and heart rate. My calories burned count soared about 400 in a couple hours, and all I did in that time was make the bed and make dinner 😕 Now I'm just sitting here eating dinner and it claims my heart rate is between 96 and 110! Is there a way to recalibrate my fitbit or something?

@niacas Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your calories and heart rate are being miscalculated. These two could be related as heart rate affect calorie burn. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. Also check these suggestions to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes!
