Calories burned on my fitbit are way to high. Between 1000-2000 per day. No way this is right. How do I fix this

Hi @Tracey57 . Welcome to the Fitbit forums.
I wonder if you are taking into BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that Fitbit includes. These are calories that you are burning all the time just by being alive. The following help section explains these more:
How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

@Tracey57 Welcome! It's great to see you around! As @JohnnyRow explained the calories you see on your account aren't only for activities recorded but also include your BMR and the data from your heart rate. This all provides a daily calculation that you can view on your account.
Let me know how it goes!
