Hi, I see lots of people have issues linking, I have tried some of the suggestions. My phone suggests its paired to the fitbit. Any advice useful. Also concerned fit bit may not be charging, it vibrates when I plug charger in but no battery symbol comes up.

@frankie74, welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone nor charging. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

For charging issues please try these suggestions.

Unfortunately I tried these things but it still did not work, it goes as far as inputting the 4 digit code but then it just hangs for ages and times out.

Its really frustrating, any other ideas please?
