Good morning community,

 

i have a problem with my Charge2:

 

display is showing up with information from 2 days ago (time, date, steps). There ist no reaction to display touch or button- even restart (press several seconds) only gives a vibrate but nothing happens. 
When connected to USB Charger there is no battery symbol (checked connection several times).

 

Do i have another option to regain my fitbit?

Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
If your device is unresponsive:
Connect your device to the charging cable.
Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
Release the buttons.

The above “fix” did nothing for my Charge 2. I believe it’s bitten the dust. Screen all pixelated. I’m bummed.
