I think my Charge2 is about 2 years old. I was out of town, and realized my charger had come unplugged and my battery had died. When I charged it, the screen said "www.fitbit.com/setup"
I have tried to set up, and can not. I've turned the bluetooth on my iPhone 8 on and off, as well as turning off the phone. I have tried to update three times, and it stops in the middle of the process, with a message "Something Went Wrong." I've tried to recharge the Charge 2 itself and can not.

I have the same issue with a Charge 2 replacement pebble. When I try to pair the tracker by entering the 4-digit code, it will say "Connecting to Fitbit..." forever, with the blue progress bar jumping back and forth. Then I get the "Something went wrong" error message.
I have disabled an re-enabled my bluetooth, location services, uninstalled and re-installed the app, turned the phone off and back on, deleted the old device from both the app and my bluetooth connections, and put the old tracker about 300 m away from the house. Does anyone have another clue?
