Charge 2, bought aprox. 2 years ago. Battery will charge to 100% but after only few hours it's completely dead and not powering on anymore. Heart rate has been acting up few months too, rarely picking rate. Sensor is flashing. Automatic sync is on but it's not working anymore. Very disappointed to quality and life of these 😞

Let me help you with your Charge 2 losing charge quickly and not working as it should. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Hi! Thank you for your help. I have now tried all this but problem persist. It will charge from empty to full, contacts are intact and working but charge is lost after only few hours. Today I noticed that heart rate is showing data even when watch is not on wrist? On wrist it slowly responses to heart rate changes and most of the time shows only "--". All these problems are showed in relatively short period. It seems that this watch is just going out off service 😞

This is the same with mine. Just ocxurred 2 days ago and now it is useless. Intried all the above suggestions but still will drain in just 10 minutes approximate. Seems fitbit is not doing anything with all the above same problem.

I am also experiencing the same problem. My Charge 2 will not charge. The screen readings were also off just prior to this. I looked at updated the app and cleaned the connections with no luck. Please advise.

Mine started two days ago - fully charged and shuts off. Not recording anything. Only stays on for maybe an hour. As soon as I hook it up to the charger it says fully charged. The only problems I had before this was my notifications not working for text messages. Very frustrating.
