My fitbit charge 2 hr does not sync with my phone. My phone is a moto g 6. It is currently not a device listed as a compatible device as of this time. The last compatible moto phone is from 2015! Please work to correct this issue. Alot of people own newer moto phones!

Hello @Nlsrow I'm glad to see you again participating in our forums, let me help you with your syncing concern.
Just as you stated, the Motorola Moto G6 is not a supported mobile device but this doesn’t prevent you from syncing as you can always sync using a computer by download Fitbit Connect. I recommend to check this post from which will explain you to download our Fitbit app in your computer as an alternate syncing option if your mobile device is not listed as compatible at this moment, you can also use another mobile device in the meantime. Please note that Fitbit is always working and testing with different mobile devices to verity the compatibility with our products and services so I recommend you to periodically check our list for updates.
