Charge 2 completely dead after being stored for a couple years

I have a charge 2 that’s been sitting in a drawer for over two years. I pulled it out to charge yesterday but it did not vibrate when attached to the charger and didn’t show any sign of life after being plugged in overnight. Is there any chance for reviving it or is the product completely and permanently dead?

Hi @Bumblebbuzz  the Charge 2 was discontinued in 2019 and by not being used for two years, the battery could have died. You can try restarting it and charging it, but more than likely the battery won't revive. You're not the only one to find a device that's been left in a drawer no longer alive. Sorry. There are all sorts of new styles of Fitbit that have been released over the past few years. Take a look at the Fitbit Store and see if any suit your needs.
