My charge 2 has stopped working completely. I had a full charge on it yesterday and this morning I went to put it on and it appeared to be dead. I went to attach it to the charger and the screen did a weird fuzzy snow like thing and went back to black. I let it charge for over 4 hours and still nothing. I went Into my app hoping it might help me and it had signed me out entirely and I lost all of my previous tracking. Idk if the two things are related or not. I use it only for workouts so it’s worn 2 hours or so everyday and cleaned and that’s it. No water or damage to it.

It started heating up when charging then stopped showing anything on the screen and super hot , the support team contacted me and sent me a shipping label to return it and said they would replace .

I have had my fitbit for 18 months now. A couple of charges ago, it wouldn't charge for me. I had to do it again and I was successful. Same thing happened this last charge, too. I hope this is a glich and is being addressed. Also I was booted out of the online page and had to change my password to get here. Lastly, I cannot find where I am entering in challenges with some of my Friends here! Thanks for your time.

Abbey, check out my earlier post wherein I write about the charging problems with my Fitbit Charge 2. My solution was buy a new charging cable from Walmart (online). Now charges fine.

I'm very bummed... less than 2 yrs old and dead. Too much $$ for this product. When I called tech support tonight, it had shown signs of life as the display read "How you". By the end of call, the screen is now completely blank 😞

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.
Everything was fine on Friday having charged my Fitbit on Thursday night. Checked it for my steps yesterday afternoon and it was blank. Put it on to charge, the screen came up, but after 5 minutes went blank again. Charged again overnight last night and after 5 minutes of wearing it this morning it has gone off again.
Its now plugged in to my computer and shows a full battery. Have followed all the advice online re cleaning etc. and nothing so from all being fine Friday to now no Fitbit on Sunday morning im absolutely gutted 😞

Nothing to do with the charging cable...have two already. The Fitbit charges then a couple of minutes later is drained of all power. Unfortunately the battery no longer holds charge.

Mine also stoped working. Tired all the suggestion for restarting and cleaning, nothing worked. Also, the day before the time was 6 hours off. Very disappointed. Love my fitbit!

Has anyone had the trouble of the charge 2 not syncing? I have tried everything!! it is fully charged, no problem But, it will not sync. any ideas?? I have tried on my cell phone, and 2 different lap tops.
