Face cracked about 6.month after purchase and both bands broke so I replaced those but need to get face replaced

Hello @Fletcherwindows and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry, but the face can't be replaced. If you bought your Charge 2 from an Authorized Retailer, then Fitbit will honor the warranty. That link is for US Authorized Retailers. If you are not in the US, the link for your location is at the bottom of every page. There is also a Returns & Warranty link at the bottom of the page. If you didn't buy from an authorized retailer, then I don't believe your device has any warranty protection.
