My charge 2 has a cracked glass face, second one to do this. Then my charge 3 won’t charge at all ?

How old is your Charge 2? Did our team replace the first one?

 

To charge your Charge 3 follow the instructions of help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If your Charge 3 is not charging as it should, test the solutions below: The contacts on the tracker or charging cable are dirty. Clean the charging contacts using the instructions in How do I clean my tracker? If you haven't done so, try a different port.
