I can send in my fitbit for repair due to a Square Trade plan that I purchased with it.
My screen cracked (not because of an accident -it just cracked).
They say they will repair but I should save data before sending it to make sure I do not lose data.
How do I do that ? My dashboard is on my phone - and on this website -- but if they take the Charge 2 apart will it erase the dashboard ? I have a lot of badges and steps I do not want to lose.
Please advise.

Hi @cras Where are you sending your Fitbit? If you are able to sync, do it, as usual, before you send it. The data on your phone needs to be uploaded to the Fitbit servers where your stats are safely stored and password protected. You won't lose any steps, sleep or badges. It's safe on the server.
