Charge 2 didn't log sleep last night

I just finished syncing and see that my Charge 2 didn't log any sleep for last night. It seems to have logged other activities.

I synced a second time, but it still didn't log.

I entered the sleep manually, but even had problems with that, so there is data, but it's not accurate. 

Any ideas?

If you continue having difficulties, I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Charge 2 by following these steps.

 

In addition, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
