Could not do from smart phone. Had to go into settings from home computer, time zone, and then sync.

@1934ASRS @alamo8 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Sorry to hear that your tracker didn't update the time after the DST change and for the delay in my reply. Thank you for trying to troubleshoot this issue. You can follow these instructions to change the time but select a completely different timezone, save and sync then select the correct one and save and sync.
@alamo8 thank you for your help in this thread.

It took awhile but I finally found you and got on the correct page to resolve my problem. I was able to change my time zone (oddly it was set for some other country than the USA?) following the instructions. Thank you !
Question: Once I have selected the correct time zone and synched my Fitbit, do I turn on the automatic time zone button so if I change time zones my tracker will update automatically? Same question for Automatic location. Should this be turned on as well? Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us and for your question @zobie.
You can turn automatic time zone on and time will automatically updated when changing time zones after syncing your tracker. Same happens with automatic location.
