My mom bought 3 device 2 years a go one for her, my sister and me. Mine died a week ago, my moms died the next day and now today my sisters is showing a 3 and under it a 1 and a big white line beside the numbers! How can they all die withen a week? I think theyre all set up to die after 2 years! I ordered a new one but i feel like cancelling my order cauz this is not right!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working. You don't mention what it is happening with your devices except for the last one. For that device I suggest you restart it by following these instructions. If you provide more information I will be more than happy to help you with the other two trackers.

Mine the batterie last 9 minute i already call and the batterie test has been done.
my moms the batterie wont charge at all. She called nothing to be done.
My sister just has a 3 & 1 and a big white line. She has to call!
