First, heart rate not showing.
Second, blinking green lights.
Third, not holding a charge.
Now, black screen, but syncing on app.
i have done all the charging, draining, restarting that has been recommended. I have tried different charging ports, cleaned, etc. I spoke with customer service, received an email that my case was referred to a specialist, but have not heard back from anyone.
Any suggestions? I’m disappointed this is happening!

Since you're already in touch with our Support team, I recommend you to contact them back if you have any additional questions regarding their replies.
