Charge 2 display not turning on

My screen has gone blank but the green lights are still on and Fitbit app shows it’s working. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

This has Also happened to me, I have done a factory reset but this has not repaired the problem. My charge 2 is still syncing with my app
