Hi,
I woke up this morning with the display on my charge 2 all distorted and haywire!
I tried troubleshooting it by similar posts on here but to no avail.
The battery was completely dead so I charged it up and now the display is completely gone and won't return. My FitBit is still syncing/recording to my app but no display is showing.
I've tried plugging it into charger cradle, feeling the vibrate, then holding the button for 10 seconds to try cycle it but again there's no display. I even cleaned the contacts in alcohol beforehand,
Can someone please help, this device is less than 2 years old! 😞
