My fitbit charge 2 suddenly went blank and isn't charging. I've tried using other charging cables as well as different wall adapters and different wall sockets; after I've gently cleaned the the connecting ports in the back. I've even tried plugging my charging cable into my PC in an attempt to restart it but the fitbit doesn't even indicate it's charging or vibrate when I attach the charging cable. I only have a blank screen and on the back, the 2 solid green lights are constantly on. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what have you done to resolve this issue?

This suddenly happened to me today. Blank screen, no response when put on charger and button held for 4 seconds, or even longer. Appears to be syncing with my iPad.

In the last day I had this problem on my Charge 2. The green lights are on, it vibrates when I connect to the charger, but the screen has nothing.

This happened to me this morning. I tried the trouble shooting steps, but it still won't turn on. Also a couple nights ago while I was sleeping it started vibrating & wouldn't stop, so I took it off. The next morning the app showed I had a run at 3:30 am with 0 steps, 0 calories burned, etc. Did this happened to anyone else?

Hello guys, it's a pleasure for me to continue providing assistance on this thread.
I appreciate all the information that was shared in your posts. If you're experiencing a display not turning on issue, my best advice will be to try a restart process. You can identify if the display is what's not working if the heart rate sensors are still flashing or if the device vibrates for any reason (Charging, notifications, silent alarms, etc.).
However, if the device is completely unresponsive, meaning that the green lights are not flashing or the Fitbit doesn't vibrate at all, the issue is related with its battery. If such is the case, please check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
If both of the issues persists (display not turning on or battery not charging) after trying the above troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend to contact our Customer Support team directly here. I can also contact them for you if necessary.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
