Recently my charge 2 stopped displaying everything although it does display the steps through the app. Can we get some kind of resolution to this issue that is apparently wide spread on the charge 2. Have y'all completely shut them down, discontinued or what? If so, do y'all plan on replacing/upgrading them? We'll wait...

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Charge 2 are still flashing? Or is your device completely unresponsive? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.
