Charge 2 display not turning on

The clock face isnt showing on my charge 2 but is still registering steps etc and syncing vibrating on the met targets etc.

I've tried charging it fully and pressing the reset button whilst it's in the charging case it vibrates but nothing else happens. 

Is there another way to try and get it working.
