Hi there,
I bought a Charge 2 for my Daughter in November 2018, and the screen has now what looks to be cracks, one each side of the screen from top to bottom. The screen doesn't even light up anymore, but the device itself still works and syncs to the app. So activity progress can still be viewed, but just via the app every time.
I see that this is a common problem, she insists that it isn't down to accident damage, but then she is 12.
What are the options here for a fix or a replacement? Everything else has been great, and she loves having an actual Fitbit. Cheaper products were tried when she was younger, but the whole Fitbit concept with the challenges has been great for her and encourages her to be more active.
