Recently my Charger 2 has started discharging rapidly. 100% charge to 15% in 3 to 4 hours. The display is strong but does not display PULSE and no green lights. First noticed only one green light on, Performed the reboot procedure and charged the device. Now NO LIGHTS, rapid discharge and no pulse. Is this being cause by a firmware up date or are my batteries finally wearing out. If it is the batteries, can they be replaced. thanks

@irnhrsmn, welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with you with your Charge 2 not holding a charge and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. This couldn't be caused by a firmware update since none has been released recently and the battery isn't replaceable.
Let me know how it goes.

The same thing is happening to me. My Charge 2's battery usually lasts more than 3 days, but about 2 or 3 days ago it started draining its full charge in just 4 hours or less. I don't believe I have any issues with the contacts because it shows 100% full after charging all night.
What should I do?

I have just had the same issue. Charged it last Thursday night and when I woke up and put it on it died by the time I got to work. Tried recharging today and same issue. Shows full charge and dies within 30 minutes. It literally has gone from lasting 4+ days to less than an hour...
Pretty strange for such a rapid decline...
