A few days ago my detailed sleep stopped showing in app, I thought it was because I’m restless. Then bpm stopped working even though green lights were on. This morning I woke up and the display on my charge 2 is not working at all, despite having battery life. It’s still tracking steps, but that’s basically it. What’s going on??

Let me help you with your missing heart rate and sleep data and your Charge 2 display not working. It may be that the Charge 2 is not recording all this data based on the display not working. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
Regarding the missing sleep data, this is tied to the heart rate sensor not working. You may not get sleep stages for the following reasons:
Finally about the heart rate sensor, I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
