Hello,
my mum is having a problem with her Fitbit charge 2 - the screen has gone all funny; the info is all upside down, back to front and a stripe has appeared down the right hand side.
Could the magnetic strap that she has put on affect it?
Thank you,
Helen

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @HelenEdwards! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned, regarding the issue your mom is having.
Currently, there's an issue that's affecting Charge 2 users. You can learn more about it by checking this main post, a restart could resolved the issue.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

@Laineybird77 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Thank you for sharing a picture of the issue with your Charge 2 screen, this is definitely not normal. Like @SilviaFitbit suggested in the previous post, the best thing to try is a restart (try this a few times) by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!
