Hi,
i bought my Charge 2 around August 2018 and while wearing it today I started getting flickering white lines. Tried resetting numerous times but no luck. Am always very careful on removing near water, shower etc, and definitely has not been dropped (was on while stopped working). Any ideas on the issue? Tried to upload image of the issue from my iPhone but can’t find where it’s supposed to attach or insert.

If you have truly done a Restart and tried several times and it didn't work, contact Customer Support.

Hi Cbwilsha,
I can assure you, I have truly tried to reset it numerous times now.
I’ve also been unable to figure out to contact Customer Service without social media account like Twitter. I did hear back from someone else having a similar issue though, and they were told they couldn’t do anything, just a 25% discount on purchase of another new Fitbit item. This is in contravention of our consumer law here, especially as the item is under your 12 month warranty period and no longer does what it was purchased to do.

Since the restart didn't work the best thing to do is letting our Support team know like @SunsetRunner suggested. @Sigrid_O you will get an email from them. @Cubanbicho I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so I wanted to know if they were able to help you?

I have just experienced the same with my Fitbit charge 2. I purchased it in August 2018 and now it’s stopped working. Very disappointed to hear this happens slot for such an expensive device.
