Charge 2 display shows white lines

Tried all previous post suggestions , reset multiple times, cleaned contacts, tried different charger .  No fit yet any suggestions?IMG_0550.HEIC.jpeg

I'm having the same problem. It started yesterday and I have tried all of the previous suggestions.  I need help. This is beyond frustrating!!

I'm having the same trouble just as well as a scrolling screen. I called support and since my fit bit is less than 6 months past the 1 year warranty and there is nothing they will do but try to sell me on the more current expensive devices. Sorry but I am not going to spend hundreds of dollars again in less than 2 years. I am very disappointed in the product and the company response to an obvious issue that multiple people are having.
