I haven't used by Charge 2 for a while and so fully charge it yesterday but now it is stuck on the above screen and won't sync with iPad or iPhone.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same issue and neither the computer or program will discover it.  If the computer bluetooth settings find it, it won't connect.  It  showed it paired but when it wouldn't work I deleted it and now it won't pair.  Can anyone help?
