Yesterday my Charge 2 stopped running. The display becomes black even if the battery was fully charged. The led on the back of the track doesn’t blink and the display is fully black. So I cannot resume or reset the device, even if I do everything explained on fitbit community. Can uou help me? Thank you.

@Luna1299 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Charge 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

The last time I have recharged my fitbit, it had vibrate and the state of the battery was regolarly and fully completed. After 1 day(the last sincronism with the app showes 92%) the device switch off and no action is allowed. It is completly black

I’ve tried to contact you, but is impossible without Twitter (I don’t want to install this App). The link you mentioned in your last replay returns on the first menu and there isn’t show any number that I can call. So, I cannot contact you. How can I hope in an help?
