Charge 2 displays a "Fitbit.com/setup" message

Ran out of battery. Now fully charged 

Am logged into the app on my phone and it says it was last synced 3 hours ago but tracker is just showing a pic of a phone and saying www.fitbit.com/setup 

Can anyone help?

@Simongbar Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the message that your Charge 2 shows on the display, please restart your Fitbit device as described in this help article. After this, set up your tracker from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
