Charge 2 distance and calories not accurate

I walked 5690 steps, which should be 2.8 miles this morning. My Charge 2 gave accurate steps, but listed distance as .21 miles and a burning of 6 calories. I'm almost certain this is not correct. I synced the phone to my Android, Galaxy 10e this morning. Any suggestions?

Let me help you with your detected distance and calories on your Charge 2. Make sure your personal information is correctly entered on your account as your height, weight, age, etc. are used to calculate this information. You can read more about how distance is calculated here and calories here.
