Charge 2 does not count all of my days that I met my goal.

My charge 2 will not count all of the days I met my goal.  It shorts me 1 or 2 days a week.  Very frustrating!

Hi, @Flosplz , the Charge 2 is now quite an elderly device in electronic terms, and probably needs to be treated gently, especially in the battery department.  I would recommend giving it 15-30 minutes charge every day - perhaps when you are getting ready for work in the morning, or relaxing with a book or television in evening - to make sure that it is always ready to record your activities.

Whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected, it is always worth giving it a restart .
