Charge 2 doesn’t accurately record active minutes

  Some days active minutes are correct, whereas on other days, no active minutes are recorded when in fact I have had over 8500 steps and played 4 hrs of golf. On other days, active minutes recorded are not accurate considering my activity level. 

 

I calked FitBit for help and the problem still occurs. They suggested I get a new FitBit as my Charge 2 is out of warranty. Frustrating.

I created a thread on this same issue about 1 1/2 months ago. It had a ton of people chiming in with the same issue. Now I can't find that thread. It may have been removed.
