Charge 2 doesn’t charge or turn on right out of the box

Fitbit 2 doesn’t turn or charge right out of the box. When placed into charging cradle it doesn’t vibrate. It won’t charge or turn on at all. My wife has had one for many months and I tried her charger and it still doesn’t charge it.  Help

@Streetfamily It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't turning on and thank you for trying a different charging cable. Charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Thanks for the reply. I tried my wife’s charger and nothing. I also plugged it into my pc and nothing. Like I said it won’t vibrate when seated in the charger. It has never shown any signs of life. No display no vibrations.
