For the most part the Charge 2 seems to do a terrible job at noticing when I fall asleep. I go to bed at 10, asleep by 10:30 at the latest and it thinks I don't go to sleep until after midnight. If I get up to go pee at 2am it will say I got up just fine but then won't record that I went back to sleep until 4am which is completely wrong.
I've tried wearing the band loose and tight and nothing seems to help.
Is there anyway I can set a sleep time or anything? Or edit it after the fact if necessary?
I don't care at all about the fit part of fitbit. I wanted to sleep functions and so far this is a useless bracelet.
Any help on getting past this annoyance?

@dpowell7299, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.

All excellent suggestions. However I have done them all already.
And I can't edit the sleep times on the App.
I understand the need for the hour but, while I'm a restless sleeper, I am asleep within mins of laying down and it is multiple hours before the fitbit considers me to be asleep.
How about adding the ability to shrink that time to 15 mins or so if the current time is within the sleep parameters I've already entered?
For example, I have my app setup that my bedtime is 22:00 and Wake time is 06:30. So if it is after 22:00 then only wait 15 mins to decide if I'm asleep or not.
I would imagine this would help all of the light and restless sleepers out there. Also it is only 2 or 3 lines of code no matter what language you code in so not complicated. Of course it would be more complex if you allow me to enter the idle time but I would think 15 to 30 mins should be fine.

I'll try that manual sleep option but the last time I tried it, it made no difference but a new update might have fixed it.
Still manually setting sleep seems pretty cumbersome when the code is pretty simple to just adjust the time if within the sleep parameters.
