Charge 2 doesn't hold charge and green lights always on

Recently my charge 2 is not holding charge. What I observed that the green lights are staying on always. Usually they used to flicker. But now they are always on and I think that is causing the battery to drain. How to fix this issue?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ram77. Thank you for letting us know that your Charge 2 green lights are staying on always.

Please try deactivating your tracker's HR:

  1. Tap the Today tab

, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image.
  3. Tap Heart Rate, and tap to turn the setting to Off.

Then restart  your Charge 2:

Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.

  1. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  2. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  3. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Turn ON the HR  setting again. Are the lights still green all the time?
