My Charge 2 has stopped logging my HR during my runs. I’m using an iPhone 8 and problem happened right after an app update. Like everyone else I’ve tried everything. I’ve reloaded app, delete device, reinstalled, turned on continuous sync, etc. But intrastingly I recently downloaded the Strava app and after logging a run using that app I logged into the Fitbit app and logged the run with my HR. But only for the one time. What do you make of that and when are you going to get this fixed?

Do you see the heart rate when viewing the activity through the web?
The problem in the past app update was not the logging of the heart rate but the failure to display logged heart rate with a manual recorded activity. Using Strava would be a manual logged activity.

Yes I can see my HR on the web. I can see my heart rate on the app also. What is not happening but not through a logged activities. A logged activity only shows laps and calories.

When you look at your logged activity on the web you can see your heart rate slurring the activity?
Have you checked to see if your app is at version 3.12?
We where told this was fixed a couple of updates ago. It has been fixed for me.

But looking at your display it doesn’t look like what I see on my display.
