All of a sudden my Charge 2 is not pairing with Iphone. I get a code and then it says it can't be found. It did pair with my laptop. What can I do? Thank you.

Which version of the App do you use on your iPhone? I had to manually update to 3.33 to synchronize my Charge 2 again.

As @Rich_Laue mentioned. Make sure that the laptop isn't connected to the tracker when you're trying to sync with your iPhone and follow the advise of help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? Please let me know how it goes.
