my Charge 2 received notifications after I bought it and set it up.  I haven't changed anything and I don't receive notifications anymore???  I have an IPhone 8 plus

Hi, I have the same issue. I have done ALL the troubleshooting there is and still not working. I’ve done online chat with support to fix it and they are still getting back to me.  My warranty was up on 29/12/2019 however the issue has been happening since December. They are trying to blame apples strict conditions.
