I just got a Samsung Galaxy S10 and have synced my charge 2 with the phone but I don't get text or call notifications on my Fitbit. The 'do not disturb' on my phone is turned off. Help

Did you recently upgrade to Android 9.0. If so, there are some issues with some phones and Fitbit is aware of it.

@ScottB19 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't getting notifications from your phones and for the delay in my response. Besides the issues with Android Pie for syncing and notifications that @SunsetRunner mentioned I would like to ensure that your tracker isn't in the Do Not Disturb mode by long pressing the button on the tracker while seeing the clock face. You can also try these suggestions to help solve the issue.
Let me know how it goes.

Is there any update on this yet? I don't understand how I could get text notifications on my Galaxy S7, but now am unable to on my S10

Mine just stopped showing the actual message. Only the caller or senders name. It was working when I first got my S10 but now not working. I've tried all troubling shooting I can find but still wont show message. Please help Fitbit.

Same problem here with the Android 9.0 updates. Any resolutions yet, Fitbit?

Having the same issue! Very frustrating, because I used to be able to read the actual message. It doesn’t do much good to only see who it is from.

Is Fitbit going to respond? Has anyone found a fix?

Sadly probably not, I guess I might have to switch to another brand that actually works. I'm the same it was nice to be able to read the message, otherwise what is the point my phone let's me know too.

So Fitbit finally fixes the notifications then I see they changed their app again now they are introducing a new Fitbit premium that you pay $10 a month to get features that should be free like sleeping heart rate. Or you can pay $80 for a year. They could of fixed this issue earlier but wanted to wait so they can start charging for their app features, next watch I get will not be a fitbit they burned their bridge with me.

Can you tell us where you see that there are now charges associated with the Fitbit App?

I'm with you Ma'am!
Reading other comments, only hoping Fitbit Reps responded. Finally upgraded from S7 and now no call or text notifications on my S10+

I'm with you too! I'm even thinking switching to Smartwatch however they are pricey. I'm good with Fitbit but the added feature I loved about it are no longer working with my nice S10+

Try updating your text app to Message Plus - the one I have is from Verizon and it works with that app. I don't think this problem has anything to do with Android 9 or the Fitbit.
