Charge 2 shows heart rate during activity but does not show calories burned. Or shows 0 calories.

@AngelaC1 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

 

Let me help you with your calories not showing on your Charge 2. Which activity are you doing? Are you using the activity mode? Could you share a picture of what you see on your device after a few minutes have passed? Try restarting your device by following these instructions.

 as you can see my Fitbit shows my heart rate throughout a workout but I don’t believe the calories are correct. This happens with various exercises. I used the spinning mode for this particular workout. I sometimes the get results with other activity modes.
