Hi!

I want to understand, why my fitbit charge 2 dosen't show on display my heart rate, when I'm doing my fitness. It happens when the heart rate is going faster  then 105. It shows on display only   " --"  ?

@Guna Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't detecting your heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
