I just got a new phone and had to re-pair my fitbit (charge 2) to my app when I redownloaded it. Now, all my data since I re-paired shows up on the phone app, but when I open up the desktop app, it shows I have no devices paired and has none of this data.
I have confirmed I am logged into the same account, and have tried logging out and in again.
Any advice?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing on your online Dashboard. When you need to reinstall the app it is not necessary to setup your tracker again. You just need to log in with your credentials and it should show there. The fact that you had to set it up again means that it is in a different account. Please check you other email addresses to see if you have received emails from Fitbit, this will indicate this was the previous email address used for your account.
