This behavior is very new, only started this past week. Last week it completely stopped recording sleep, but kept the proper time, steps taken, etc. Then after a few resets, it started to record again but now the sleep time is completely chaotic. The time on the fitbit is accurate at all times. It consistently says that I'm sleeping 2 hours before I even put the Charge 2 on to go to sleep. I only use the charge 2 to sleep track, I do not put this on until I'm in bed, ready to sleep and remove it when I wake up, then sync. So it started this pattern of putting sleep time start 2 hour before I put it on my wrist, and up to 2 hours after I actually wake up and take it off of my wrist. Today, it only recorded 3 hours and put start time 1 hour before I awoke and is currently telling me that I'm still sleeping 1 hour after I took it off and laid it on the counter. The sleep sensitivity is set to "normal".
The other problem is the green sensor lights are always on and I find myself having to charge this fitbit a lot. It's not used until I sleep so why I need to charge every few days is beyond me. The sensor tells me that my heart beat is great although I am not wearing it, I'm just looking at the band on my counter-top. Remote heartbeat feature? Amazing. I'm assuming this activity is eating up the battery.
I've reset the fitbit, uninstalled and re-installed the device, removed the bluetooth and re-paired it, and that only got the device to start tracking sleep again, but it's incredibly inaccurate. Anyone know how to fix this? Firmware 22.22.55.2

@Fittycents Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't recording your sleep and heart rate correctly. It seems that you have tried the suggested troubleshoots for these issues specially the heart rate sensor not turning off at all. I suggest you let our Support team know so they can further assist you. You will get an email from them.
Let me know how it goes!
